1 lb. sea moss,1 lime,Angostura bitters,milk and sugar to taste.Soak sea moss with lime juice overnight. Wash thoroughly and cook in pressure cooker for 20-30 mins, or until the sea moss resembles a mass of jelly. Cool, add milk and sugar and blend.
